We are excited to announce we received 15 entries for our Postmark Cancellation Event!!  Thank you to all the amazing artists for taking the time to design an original pictorial cachet.  Everyone did a great job at capturing the history of Lorain County!

Please join us on May 24, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. at Lorain County Courthouse, Elyria, Ohio for the 200th year Celebration of Lorain County, where we will be announcing our winners.  There will be also be a reenactment of the 1824 – 1st County Commissioners Meeting, Presentations, Traveling Exhibit, Time Capsule, Tour of the Justice Center and Music.postmark
